River rafting Tour la Fortuna Class 3 and 4

Our journey starts at 8 am in La Fortuna. First, we head towards the river, passing through charming little villages such as El Tanque, Los Ángeles, La Vega, and Muelle. Each village offers a glimpse of the local culture and scenery, thereby setting the stage for the adventure ahead.

Upon arriving at the Sarapiquí River, known for its strong flow and diverse wildlife, you’ll have the opportunity to change into your rafting gear. Additionally, we’ll provide all the necessary equipment and instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Next, spend approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes navigating the thrilling Class 3 and 4 rapids. Furthermore, the river is home to a variety of birds, insects, and reptiles, offering a unique chance to connect with nature while enjoying the excitement of rafting.

Halfway through our journey, we’ll take a break to refresh and enjoy some delicious local fruit. Consequently, this will help you regain your energy for the rest of the descent.

After completing the rafting tour, you’ll have the chance to rinse off and change back into dry clothes. Meanwhile, we’ll take care of packing up the equipment and prepare for the return trip.

Before heading back to La Fortuna, we’ll stop for lunch at a local eatery where you can enjoy a traditional “casado,” one of Costa Rica’s most typical dishes. This hearty meal is the perfect way to end an adventurous day. See Our Menu here

Finally, once we’ve finished our delicious lunch, we’ll continue the journey back to La Fortuna, where we’ll take you to your place of rest. Ultimately, we hope that you had as much fun as we did and that your day was filled with excitement and joy.
